What should be implemented?
The usage of tempfiles should be (if it is possible) optimized.
Actually, when using Precomp+srep (for example), when packing, it generates a
temp file, then processes ArcDataFile with precomp, then the output (arcpacked)
is copied to a new temp file, and then processed...
It is a very demanding process in terms of disk/time.
Why it will be useful?
I think it's possibile to reduce disk wear and time occupation, especially when
you process very big files (greater than 2Gb)
