Extraction failed on UAC / Protected path's

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. extract any archive into any path that needs UAC confirm (windows) OR you do 
not own
  eg: "C:\" ; "C:\Program Files\"

2. try extraction with Both GUI and CLI interface

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected some warnings about file writing permission OR UAC permission question.

What you see instead: 
"Extracted 0 files, 0 => 0 bytes. Ratio 100.0%
[other miscellaneous info's]
Extraction time: real 1.05 secs. Speed 0 kB/s
All OK"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

When Forcing FreeArc startup with UAC Privileges, extraction goes OK in any 
case.
