What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. add to arc
2. conversion arc to sfx
3. run exe, full extract ok, but end error message

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

 Win7 x64 SP1 Home Premium, FreeArc 0.67 alpha (updated: November 11, 2013)

try to use maximum compression mode (-mx) when you create archive. windows 
doesn't like too large executables, so it may be the reason. alternatively, 
provide SFX as two files - freearc.sfx renamed to dell.exe and archive itself 
as dell.arc. when you run dell.exe, it will extract files from dell.arc
