PPMd multithreading and improved compression #39

What should be implemented?
Import PPMd-I code from 7-zip

Why it will be useful?
Allow 64-bit compilation. Also multithreading support and improved
compression using new compression modes:

-b7m - split data into independent 7 mb blocks
-o1m - use 1m of previous block to init current block model
