option to avoid Key stretching #396

What should be implemented?
option to use encryption keys directly and avoid key stretching... or maybe 
even option to insert iv manually if people need it
maybe key can be used in hex when used in programs GUI

Why it will be useful?
increase security for users who know what they doing decrease security for 
users who don't. 
hash mostly give much less security than cipher itself
