[minor] Missing samples after pressing control c #1

On the windows app, when pressing control c to stop collecting samples, we miss some data. Simple workaround is to wait after checking the signal or wait to press control c. Code need fix or better workaround.

The same is happening in openSUSE. The workaround was to decreasing the sampling rate
