update deps #17

Update dependencies to fix security vulnerabilities.

Everything's still working after the updates, on my end. Let me know if I'm missing something!

I'm pretty sure the page change on index.html is just the fork count being incremented.

No problem, just learning how to collaborate on github. And I updated the dependencies only because I was working on fixing a style bug I had on the jdsb site. That PR is here: https://github.com/junior-dev-struggle-bus/juniordevstrugglebus/pull/18
