Add contact info to organization page #38

Page makes a call to action to let us know if someone is interested in joining the team but don't provide a path to contact. Should add JDSB email and/or link to the Slack

@Audreycious No worries about being new -- that's what these are here for!

juniordevstrugglebus@gmail.com is the primary email at the moment, and https://www.juniordevstrugglebus.com/slack is a direct invite link into the slack.

If you could integrate those into the call to action -- or even just denote them as ways to contact us with questions in general -- that would be fantastic. Let us know if you need anything else!

@Audreycious Hey there! I missed this notification -- sorry about that!

It seems you made a commit to your forked repository but I don't see a Pull Request to ours. That will make it much more visible and easier to review the changes and, of course, merge them. :) If you haven't done one before, just hit that "New Pull Request" button on our repo and compare across forks, and submit it from yours to ours.
