As the Resource page pills up with evermore resources, it becomes increasingly cumbersome for visitors to sort through it and find what they want. In essence, it begins to defeat the usefulness of the page itself.
I recommend adding some sort of mechanism for quickly finding resource topics and navigating to them quickly. Part of this is fairly trivial using hash links, but there still needs to be a way for resources to be categorized so they can be found quicker from some sort of quick reference menu on the page.
Longer-term this could eventually be extended to be a straight-up search for submitted resources via a search input field, but is probably not an implementation worth pursuing at this time.
