Can't log into 3cx pbx outside the local network #1374

every thing works great in the local network using the basic wizard. when 
trying to log outside the local network, I register successfully but i can't 
place calls - call are being dropped automatically or get stuck.

I tried using stun and ice.

is there anyway to use 3cx's tunnel?

Can you collect some logs. See HowToCollectLogs wiki page.
3cx android softphone use the same sip stack than csipsimple (but they are 
closed source), so I guess there is a valid configuration to use their service 
:).
Logs could help to find a clue about why the call is dropped.
