[Enhancement] Contact list

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Disable Android integration

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
There's no contact list, so the app becomes next to useless. Unless you are 
making Android integration mandatory, contact list is still much needed.

What version of the product are you using? On what device / operating
system?
All versions.

Please provide any additional information below.

It's good point. I plan to completly rework this.. one day. But requires *A 
LOT* of time; And I have very very very very few. 
So one day, something better than what exists currently will land (will also 
improve favorites and presence sharing). 
Currently I recommand to use dedicated contact apps (there is a lot on the 
store) that just play well with SIP protocol and allow to place SIP calls. 
Such dedicated apps can focus on user interface to navigate/search with 
contact. They have time for that because that's their purpose. On csipsimple, 
the very very very very few time I currently have is totally focused on actual 
SIP features that cannot be done by a third party app integrating with 
csipsimple.
