Wizard for scarlet.be - ims stack version

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Scarlet wizard (Other country providers)
2. Parameters need to be updated according to IMS stack change (VOIP->IMS)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Old parameters (i.e. VOIP.SCARLET.BE) are not correct anymore.

What version of the product are you using? CSipSimple version 1.02.03-r2459
On what device / operating system? Android Kitkat ... not relevant

Please provide any additional information below.

Solved by using the following parameters (Used ADVANCED) with the following 
parameters ...
Server: ims.scarlet.be
Username: +322.... (customer's phone number)
Sip Auth. ID: 'username'@ims.scarlet.be
Password: ***** (pwd of the customer)
(Proxy leave blank)

Precision for Sip Auth. ID: 'username'@ims.scarlet.be
'username' is NOT the phone number but user id for phone service.
