Microphone not working in cm12 motorola moto g

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Have a Motorola Moto G with Cyanogenmod 11 = Lollipop
2. Try to call or audio test

Calling another phone, I can hear the other side, so the speaker works fine. 
Sometimes it records no sound, sometimes it's some cracky repetitive noise (1 
crack per second).

What version of the product are you using? On what device / operating
system?
- F-Droid latest version at time of reporting.

I can't tell if it worked in cm11=cyanogenmod 11, kitkat.

I enabled expert options and tried combinations in audio troubleshooting 
(mic=default, etc.) but I could not find any parameter that changes anything.

Same behavior here, CM12 and CSipSimple 1.02.03-2459 from fdroid.
