401/Unauthorized #2940

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Samsung Galaxy S3
2.Turn off WiFi. 3G available
3.Make SIP call

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Call should go through if signal strength is ok.  Has worked for 2+ years.
Instead I get: Error message - 401/Unauthorized.  Call fails every time.
Operation on WiFi ok.

What version of the product are you using? On what device / operating
system?
Currently R2470. Updated older version, same problem.
Samsung Galaxy S3

Please provide any additional information below.
Using Telstra 3G network via Aldi reseller.  Worked beautifully for 2years.
About 6 weeks ago (about middle of April 2015) calls over 3G started failing.  
Incoming calls still work mostly.
No problem with registration.
