Fix SysV script and rm variable #18

Hi,

I fixed sysv script (it seems to come from a wrong double paste) and remove $dns_resolvers_available which doesn't exist

@bashou FYI There is a branch next which I think incorporates a number of your fixes but is not near production-ready yet. The aim will be to target the latest Kong version, using the Bintray repositories rather than tarball download-extraction installation

Absolutely ! I saw that after and i worked on "next" branch. I'm happy to see that we have the save idea about bintray repo feature :-)
