Better way to make savestates #9

As it is, savestates use a really crappy obfuscation algorithm, mostly just to make it harder to decode. If I were to actually save it in a binary format, that could work a lot better, since it would be less human-readable, without using some ridiculous strings that are... quite honestly, a little embarrassing.

XML should be a suitable replacement, though a binary string might not be a horrible idea either.

The better question is not "how to format them" but rather "how to save them" and that question is asked in #43.
