junit 4.13.2 software has been released for morn than 2years.When will the new version be released?wil you continue to maintain the software?

JUnit 4.x is in "maintenance mode". Unless there's a critical bug or security issue there likely won't be a release in the foreseeable future. JUnit continues to be evolved in the https://github.com/junit-team/junit5 repo.
