mmdet version issue #68

In README, mmdet version requires 2.24.0. However, mmdet with this version doesn't have replace_cfg_vals function which is used in test.py. How to solve this issue?

Hi, I haven't found replace_cfg_vals in test.py.

Sorry, I mixed up the code with another project using mmdet of a different version. Thanks for your reply. :blush:
