APP: Should allow name that includes s/o

There could be people name with s/o but is not allowed when changing.

We think this is not a bug for 2 reasons:

• You can simply enter so instead of s/o.
• The app is not intended for legal purposes, but rather for recruiters to keep track of their applicants. There is no need to have the applicant's full legal name, as nothing will be drafted from the application. (You can even use a nickname so long as the recruiter is clear on their end).

Reason for disagreement: You can simply enter so instead of s/o

Firstly, it was not mentioned anywhere in the User Guide that we can use so instead of s/o. Thus user will assume that s/o is possible but yet got error message. Secondly, writing only so may have different meaning what if there is someone name Ka so ju which can be different from Ka s/o Ju

There is no need to have the applicant's full legal name

I disagree with this point to certain extend. From the user perspective, user may prefer to enter full legal name as it will be easier for user to know who to schedule for interview and for better book-keeping purposes.
