Some question about AverageHeatmap #40

I have some question about AverageHeatmap why the top10 markers in the heatmap is not follow the data.frame.

I have also encountered the same problem, how to solve it

gene.order = top10$gene

Can you provide more detailed information? I see that the heatmap you provided is not the heatmap of the Top10 gene.
