add Scroll to Bottom | Top Action

As the Title says, an Action that scrolls to the bottom or top of the Page would be nice

Not entirely sure this is needed, can always use the mouse wheel or if a few more finds this useful

I thought I wouldn't need it too until I tried it in a previous extension I used
