Turn zumastor into an arch-indep package #115

Zumastor does not need to be built per arch.
- Move nblock_write to ddsnap until it is not needed (flips!)
- Update makefiles
- Change control files to provide and require nblock-write virtual 
package
- Switch zumastor to be arch indep
- Update /lib/zumastor/common to use /sbin/nblock_write instead 
of /lib/zumastor/nblock_write

Fixed in r1552. (This will become obvious once the builder is fixed.)
Tested on the hardware cluster.
