race in snapshot creation #120

In the current tests, the snapshot directory is created slightly before a
filesystem is mounted on it.  The CBTB tests use existence of the directory
to detect creation of the snapshot, and at least once in the past few days
have detected a failure in the test due to the late mount.

The r1564 test failure was a symptom of this.  It wasn't an actual reiserfs
failure.
