Add the feature that allows users to change individual zumastor properties #137

Zumastor currently misses the feature of allowing users to change certain
properties after a volume/target/source is defined. We have discussed to
add 'zumastor get/set property' commands or 'zumastor redefine' commands to
implement this feature. For more details, see
