"zumastor define volume" should warn if cache too small #160

Will saw a snapshot delete take 30 minutes on one of our test machines.
Shapor pointed out that machine probably still has a snapshot
cache that is too small for its volume, and suggested
that "zumastor define volume" warn the user that the
cache size needs to be increased if they create a large 
volume.  (Or maybe increase it for them?)  See also

which outputs such a warning, but only at zumastor
status time, which is kind of obscure.
