/etc/zumastor/version should report branch version for stable releases #53

If you run 'zumastor --version' in a stable release, it will report the svn
revision if came from. While the svn revision is right for trunk versions
of Zumastor, a stable release should report 0.6, 0.7, etc. Reporting the
svn revision in stable release is confusing.

It should report both.  The svn number is still interesting even in release 
branches.
