Our current method of building debian packages is ugly, clean it up.

This was dependent on issue 98. Now we are nearly complete with this.

Got packages building in a 'cleaner' way than before, now using buildcurrentsrc 
and 
trunk/openvz/package-builder to do something very similar to ppa builds 
locally. 
Next up are our release kernels. I think kernel-package can sort of build a 
source 
package, so i'll investigate and make that happen (while still supporting the 
ppa 
style kernels)
