Detect and install candid-extractor #119

If developer does not have candid-extractor installed, detect it and ask the user if it should be installed.

Actually candid-extractor is already detected and installed if the dev want to install it. Here the issue was a permission error, not sure there is much the CLI can do. Therefore closing this.
