Feature

Once we have the initial runbook in place, we can enhance it with various improvements.

Notably, we can ask the developer if they want to:

Install the main CLI (?)
Develop serverless functions - i.e. initiate the serveless functions in the project (outcome of juno dev eject)
Initialize GitHub Actions

Done except serverless functions which we not gonna do for now.
