以下を行った。

Itemモデルの作成
ユーザーに紐づく商品のCRUDの実装
自分以外の商品を編集できないにする

📝以下のことは別Issueで対応する

細かなバリデーション（過去の日時を登録できないようにするなど）
日ベースでのみ時間を登録できるようにすること
商品状態（出品中 / 非公開など）の管理
