Being able to drag and drop new PDF file #130

Instead of using Add Document. Also should be able to drag and drop the new file in any position (not necessarily at the beginning/end).

Hey there, I agree that this would be useful. This will just have to wait till the day I find the time to implement drag&drop support, since there are other things that could use it too.

Drag and drop inside the document (not just in/out) is also a cool feature :)
