Compare to original implementation of TSSB in PhyloWGS codebase.

Write code in PhyloWGS to output the sticks, data size, and mixture for each node. Look in tssb.py get_mixture function.
Set up a script to run PhyloWGS with a simple test dataset and get the output in a file.
Write a simple test in our codebase, to create the tree with sticks and data size as in the output from PhyloWGS.
