程式精簡，拿掉 index.php 用到的 boardID, cardID 變數 #16

程式精簡，拿掉 index.php 用到的 boardID, cardID 變數，改成一律從網址抓。

在 php 階段處理該變數本來是為了取 meta ，沒必要帶到 js 裡面。 頂多建一個 home_baordID 變數，當作首頁指定用的看板
