Integrate and test Hein's slope filter code into superstable & hexa

We want to achieve much more smooth stability on altitude hold.

A lot of progress has been made on this - seems to be finished by Nov 28th.

Code in trunk (1.6) by Hein is much more stable. Testflights are currently 
being done. 2 major tests: 
- altitude hold only with barometer
- altitude hold with barometer and sonar (XL EZ4)
