Removing blog section from Jupiter Station #458

This PR is made after contents from the station blog has been redirected over to jupresear.ch.

This PR contains the following changes:

  1. Removed the blog config from Jupiter station
  2. Created a page to automatically redirect users with original URL to jupresear.ch
  3. Renamed old blog folder in 'Moved'
  4. Shifted current blog into 'Moved'
