Update QueryWidget #102

Improved resilience of the query widget (and sub-widgets).

Dynamically increase the vertical height of the query entry Textarea
lock query and preview at 50%
parse namespaces from the query input (and use at query time)
other minor code improvements

Test Procedure:

doit lab
navigate to the QueryWidget example (go through the index)
run the example
review code

TODO:

@sanbales Putting you as reviewer in case you want to check out the updated query widget. Will approve in the meantime (once passing), but I can update it with a patch later if you see anything.
