Sphinx extensions are not loaded in Binder #1855

Describe the bug

context The content of markdown cells written using sphinx extensions is not displayed correctly in Binder

expectation The Jupyter book correctly displays the markdown cells with sphinx-extension syntax.

bug However, the sphinx extensions didn't work when each Jupyter notebook was launched in Binder separately.

Reproduce the bug

  1. Go to https://jupyterbook.org/en/stable/content/execute.html
  2. Launch the page on Binder
  3. The content highlighted with sphinx syntax :::{tip} or :::{important} is not displayed correctly
