This PR is motivated by testing myst-spec examples in mystjs. It includes a few changes:

adding nested role / directive nodes to examples
removing some myst / html conversions from the test where those conversions are unsupported (or don't make sense)
nested some standalone images in paragraphs (for better or worse...)
fixed some typos, particularly in commonmark mdast
