No sidebar on mobile (main page & sandbox) #129

On mobile, there is no sidebar even though I am pretty sure one exists!

Oh wow, yep. I turned this off in the MyST.tools theme by accident!! Will fix that up!

I have brought the sidebar back for most pages, when you are in the docs. The main page doesn't have a myst table of contents, so that is going to be a bit more work!
