🆎 Explicitly ignore longer abbreviations #1478

This ignores longer abbreviations:

HR: Heart Rate
RHR: null

This would make: HR an abbreviation, but leave RHR alone. Previously there was no way to let the HR in RHR not be abbreviated with R<HR>.
