Added notes from the past few previous meetings.

We've had various folks out on medical leave and vacation, so we're catching up the notes here. Sorry for the delay!

I merged thinking of the first two meetings that felt past due and where none of the other members present could approve. However, I was forgetting about the meeting on the 13th which could get some feedback or change request from other folks. Feel free to revert if you want to make additions or changes.
