[BUG] Pyspark Kernel.ipynb shows on github 'Invalid notebook' #752

Describe the bug

Pyspark Kernel.ipynb example notebook not works

Expected behavior You should see a pyspark example notebook on github. I don't know what's wrong with the 0.13.1 tag, but I can't see the contents.
