Add Juypyter new collaborative feature to Naas

Since June 9, Jupyter offers collaboration feature to his standard distribution.

The lead of the feature has been writing an article worth reading here : https://blog.jupyter.org/how-we-made-jupyter-notebooks-collaborative-with-yjs-b8dff6a9d8af

This is a big step forward to have "a la google docs" experience in naas.🚀
