Description

Looks like the link referenced in the docs for GNU make has moved or been removed.

Reproduce

The check links CI job produces this message:

Expected behavior

The doc build should succeed and the a link to GNU make should be valid.

This was a "glitch", probably maintenance on the gnu.org site or something. Closing...
