Add SC Members to Active Team #17

It was mentioned in today's meeting that there were a number of current Steering Council members who elected to join the initial Jupyter Server Team. Adding them to the team here.

Yep, the info is correct! Btw, I missed yesterday's meeting (conflicting schedules), hopefully, I can attend the next one 😉 (btw, thanks for the written notes!)
