MeasureControl glitch #1082

Hi, It seems that upon using the measure control tool, each click on the the screen display of the map cause it to drift heavily, rightwards and downwards. It happened to me on 0.17.1 and 0.17.2 versions. And also in Jupiter lite. Is it a known bug? Is there a way to fix it? Thanks for reading, Itay
