@thomasaarholt Yeah... :P Github actions does not get triggered the first time you set it up, the only way to trigger it is to open a PR to your own fork apparently. I guess it prevents newcomers to trigger actions on other projects?

It will be triggered once this is merged though.

Removing appveyor and travis configs as they were never enabled. Also removing dummy tests which I suppose come from the cookiecutter.
