Add navbars to all notebooks #105

This PR would add a navigation bar to the top/bottom of each notebook. Not sure whether to merge it, but it might be helpful. I had forgotten all about until this evening...so this was easy to add.

I'll let someone else take a look and decide about merging. Once a decision is made I'll let the slack channel know we are done modifying for the most part.
