Never mind, octave does not have a windows build...

Missing packages:

@AntoinePrv looking at git blame, you have explicitly added in the past libuuid to the dependencies. Do you by any chance remember what was it needed for?

It's used by Xeus core. Perhaps it was a dependency not pulled automatically in the past but it does not seem to be the case anymore.
