bing back `ggplot2` test #58

In https://github.com/jupyter-xeus/xeus-r/pull/57/commits/83234c58e73ac5d6ff509d92493e49a69adc9a1a we removed testing that ggplot2 generate a display.

This should be back, IIUC all that's needed is that the r-ggplot2 📦 is available.
